Constructed from high-quality steel, known for its durability, resilience, and weather resistance, ensuring your gate stands the test of time.
Constructed using a 4" x 1 1/2" Steel Frame & 3" x 1-1/2" Post, ensuring strength and stability for long-lasting performance.
Depending on the size, the gate can weigh between 40 lbs to 80 lbs, providing the perfect balance of sturdiness and ease of installation.
Each gate undergoes a comprehensive finishing process. First, it is sandblasted to ensure a clean surface.
We then apply a zinc primer for corrosion resistance, followed by an industrial-grade powder coating, offering long-lasting protection and a smooth, durable finish.
Handle: The gate does not include any hardware, but we leave a pre-cut hole for easy installation of a standard gate lock. The hole is sized at Ø 2-3/8" (60mm) backset, which fits most common gate locks. This allows you to choose and install the hardware that best suits your needs.
Hinges: Utilizes bullet hinges adorned with a gold ring, combining functionality with aesthetic charm.
Weatherstripping: Incorporates weather strips along the sides to prevent metal-to-metal contact, ensuring a smooth, quiet operation and protecting against the elements
