How long does it take to get a custom gate made?
All of our gates are made-to-order—we don’t keep inventory because each design is custom-built to fit your needs. Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from the time your order is confirmed. You’ll receive updates throughout the process as we craft your gate with precision and care.
Do you offer standard sizes, or is every gate custom-made?
We offer standard sizes that are made to order, so you get the perfect balance of convenience and craftsmanship.

What materials do you use for your gates?
At this time, we craft our gates using 14-gauge steel, ensuring strength and durability. To protect against rust and the elements, we apply a zinc primer followed by a powder-coated finish, giving your gate a long-lasting, premium look with minimal maintenance.
Do your gates require maintenance?
Our gates are built to last with 14-gauge steel, zinc primer, and a durable powder-coated finish, making them low-maintenance. However, we recommend occasional cleaning with mild soap and water to keep them looking their best. For gates with moving parts, applying lubrication to hinges and latches once or twice a year can ensure smooth operation.
Can I customize my gate design?
Absolutely! While we offer standard sizes made to order, we also specialize in fully custom designs. Using CNC cutting technology, we can create faces, animals, letters, intricate patterns—whatever you envision.

What is your return or cancellation policy?
Since all of our gates are made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started. Each gate is custom-crafted to your specifications, ensuring a perfect fit for your project.
